Und das ziemlich gut! Weitaus besser als Bananarama (keine Kunst) und eine Stufe deutlich hinter Tina Turner. Hmm, somit auf einer Stufe mit den Beatles. ;-) Aber das Country-Outfit steht dem wunderbaren Song sehr gut.
Nun ja *hust* das sieht *hust* vielleicht nicht jeder *hust* so *hust*
etwas mit Country verbrämt - aber für mich zu nahe am Original
Von Bananarama war's doch auch nicht so übel;-) Die Nummer im Country-Gewand zu hören, ist aber dann doch um einige Klassen besser. 5 Punkte!

Madame Parton hastet sich durch dieses Cover - nett gemeint, garade noch ok
Ganz originell diese Version für alle Cowboys dieser Welt. Neben den tollen Vocalharmonien gefällt mir am besten der instrumentale Part, wo das Banjo im Vordergrund zu hören ist. Knapp 5*.
Bin da ganz bei vancouver. Gehetzt trifft es meiner Meinung nach. Ganz knappe 4.
Ach, die liebe Dolly - sie sollte doch lieber bei Country bleiben. Dieser Hilferuf! ist mir etwas gar hibbelig geraten.
Cooles Beatles-Cover im Bluegrass-Gewand, womit das einer der weniger Fälle ist, wo das Cover dem Original noch eine neue Seite abzugewinnen vermag ohne dieses in irgend einer Weise zu verschandeln. Auch heute noch zeitgemäss und darum eine aufgerundete 5.
