A lot of the joy you get from music is really just your brain releasing endorphins upon interpreting a familiar feeling. It's why repeated listens to albums usually get better and not worse, because you know what's coming and you are satisfied when it turns out as expected.
It's especially true for GY!BE because there's absolutely no subtlety to their craft. While there's an admiration to be had for the craft of the arrangements, you're generally waiting for a catharsis to be provided through the song's climaxes. There are two in this song, and I find the one at around the 17 minute mark to be the most potent. I wouldn't say it's their best as they've done more intricate stuff before, but WHAT A RUSH!
