New Kids on the Block + Backstreet Boys = NKOTBSB = völlig nichtssagende Boyband-Grütze - 2*

It's like the superhero of boybands, pity the song isn't quite that amazzing. I still quite like it though.

Ziemlich schwach. Und was für ein Bandnamen: schon NKOTB war schlimm.

poor attempt at modern music - would be better if it wasn't released at all

Dreadful it's over for both of these groups as neither have troubled the international charts BSB for about 6 years now and realistically NKOTB 18 years... yes that long since they had an international charting single, so why would joining up now make any difference?
Respect to BSB for being the biggest boyband ever and they were a great boyband with songs. Also respect to New Kids for being the original all singing all dancing template for boybands that followed from the late eighties onwards, however all their songs haven't aged well and aren't that good.
Boybands that followed namely Take That,East 17,Busted,Blue etc etc so on are much more creative, unique and have better songs all written and performed with melodies/instrumentation created by group members even if it wasn't shown during the music videos.
The big difference between American boybands and British, the Americans get given their songs and backing music tracks, the British create them showing more musicianship in my opinion and credibility. Also the British are always evolving and re evaluating the formula hence why so many actually have long sustained careers evolving into 'man bands' you can see the progression from teen pop to adult contemporary and even electronica music.
In the mid to late nineties perhaps this would have worked for them but neither have an audience now, dated.

Üüüübelst 90ies-Flash! Haben die Herrschaften erstmal geschaut, wie die Robbie/TT-Reunion verläuft, bevor sie sich zu diesem Boyband-Moloch fanden?

Fade, tausendfach dagewesener 08/15-Pop-Nummer. Knappe 3*.

Fade ist genau der treffende Begriff für diesen Song. 2-3*

Überaus uninspirierte Zusammenarbeit mit dämlichen Künstlernamen. Schlecht.

two great boysbands uniting, what can we expect, the worst or the best ? Finally, in between would be it...

Die beiden Bands sind legendäre ehemalige Boygroups. Der Song enttäuscht dennoch. Hätte viel mehr erwartet.

schwache und in den Charts höchst erfolglose Boygroup-Dance-Pop-Nummer, knappe 2*…
